I design for the moment the script breaks.
My approach · Backward design
Built from real moments, not theory.
Every module starts with a real moment on the job, the court or in class. Then I design it backward, in three steps.
- 01Start with what they must doThe real action on the job, the court or in class.
- 02Decide the proofHow I'll know they can do it, before I build anything.
- 03Build the practiceScenarios and games that rehearse that exact action.
